There is a water treatment plant next door to me in Bloomfield. Estates and we are only renters, but we are responsible for taking care of the property, of course. Today the k and k fencing crew were next door putting a privacy fence Around the water treatment plant. My husband is out of town as well as my adult son, so I was Mowing in the back 40 With my john deer. We've had many floods lately. And I got the mower stuck around a tree stump groove and couldn't get it out. The k and k fencing guys were just getting ready to leave. Because I don't know my neighbors. I asked them if they could assist me getting my mower unstuck. Every single person on the crew walked way into my backyard and got me unstuck, what a blessing. Super nice guys and the fence looks great, too.

This was the only company that actually responded to our inquiry and came out to replace some fence posts. They were prompt in their reply, fair in their price, and did quality work. We did have to call to have them come back to fix a couple of small issues but they once again promptly responded and quickly returned to fix the concern. We gave very specific instructions as to how we wanted our fence cut. They did exactly what we wanted. They noticed we have dogs and were very kind to cut the fence low---everything was perfect and clean cut. There was a lot of trimming to be done to trees, bushes, etc. in order to build the fence---they did so and cleaned everything up---also hauled off the old fence. Left everything looking pristine. The guy walked us around making sure we were happy with the job done--of course we were. Expressed that they know we have a lot of options in who we go to, so they make a huge effort to be the best. It shows.
